It's a Pet... It's a Pillow Pet!

Well, as promised earlier this month that I would do a review and giveaway on my blog of the adorable Patriotic Pillow Pet. Yes, it is finally here and my daughter is totally in love with the Patriotic Pillow Pet. Every time she sees the commercial on T.V she gets all excited and screams out loud "Mamma look it is a Pillow Pet". Pillow Pets are raising funds for scholarships to help military children by offering a limited edition of the Patriotic Pillow Pets. I am very pleased when I see a company that supports a good cause. 

It is soft, comfortable and most of all easy to hold on to. No worries about taking an extra pillow this Pillow Pet will be just fine. The red, white and Blue colors , a tummy full of amazing stars, and USA on the paw; the Patriotic Pillow Pet is truly eye catching. Think of how your little one will be sleeping and dreaming away about the little twinkle star. They have other selections of pillow pets to choose from as well. Sophia loves her Patriotic Pillow Pet and she carries it everywhere, from the bedroom, living room, dining room, the car and places you don't even want to know LOL.

Crayola Chalkboard Floor Puzzle Review!

When it comes to puzzles, I am all for it. I remember playing with puzzles when I was little girl and even creating my own and cutting out the pieces and then putting it all back together again. So, when I browsed around for puzzles for the little one, I came across the Crayola Chalkboard Floor Puzzle. Out of curiosity I wanted to know what this puzzle was all about, so I was given the opportunity to review it.

The people at Lafayette Puzzle Factory who build these puzzles and many others as well teamed up with Crayola to create this puzzle. I received the Crayola Chalkboard Floor Space Zone Puzzle and the minute we received it, Sophia immediately took it out the box. The box says it is a great indoor puzzle, but since Sophia wanted to play with the puzzle outside, I couldn't stop her. It sure was a beautiful day and I said why not.  It would be fun. The box has 48 puzzle pieces and has a large chalk. The puzzle is really big and measures 24"x36" with lots of space to write on with your chalk.

Sophia and I had so much fun putting the puzzle together and she took a hold of that chalk. When Sophia has chalk in her hand, you won't get it back. She will keep on writing until it almost gone. LOL. The puzzle is easy to clean just get a dry cloth or chalk eraser and wipe in all clean. Voila!

Xtrema 10" Open Skillet Review and Giveaway-CLOSED

I enjoy cooking quite a bit in my house. My biggest problem is that I constantly snack on the dishes that I prepare, so when it is time to eat I am totally stuffed. LOL. That's why the hubby takes over the cooking on certain days. He thinks I will eat it all before it is served on the table and he won't get any. Yes, it really has happened before and I had to order Pizza!!  

Since, we love cooking in our home, we are always looking for quality cookware to cook with.  For some reason I haven't found the right cookware yet, until now. I was given the opportunity do a review on Ceramcor Xtrema Cookware, and they said they would send the 10" open skillet to review. Oh, I could hardly wait to test the skillet out.

The 10" Open Ceramic Skillet is non-scratch which I just love. I like the glossy black color it has and that it is dishwasher safe. Quick and easy clean up. Wait, it does not stop there, what is great about the skillet is that it can be used anywhere not just on the stove top. You can use it on a barbeque grill, oven, under the broiler, microwave, freezer and fridge. It is like a multi-task skillet, which, will save me from having to clean so many pots and pans. Don't you agree? I am truly impressed with the results of the Xtrema 10" Open Ceramic Skillet.
