Well, it has been too long since we were in the kitchen. So today we will show you all one of our quick and easy recipes. Well, since school will be starting soon, we as parents need to come up with recipes that are easy to make and fill those hungry bellies. LOL. This little recipe is perfect for your little one and the entire family. It gives everyone the opportunity to create their own delicious Petite Pizzas. Are you ready to start?
Ingredients:
English Muffins
Pizza Sauce or Spaghetti Sauce
Cooked Meat (ground beef, chicken, sausage, pepperoni, etc.)
Cheese
Green Peppers
Onions
Oregano
... or any other ingredients you would like on your pizza.
The first thing you do is heat the oven to 400 degrees. While the oven is heating up go and cut your English muffin in half. Next spread some pizza sauce on the inner sides of the muffin. Then add the cheese, meat, green peppers, onions and a sprinkle of oregano; or add any other ingredients that you love. Sophia had fun placing all the toppings on her pizza and was enjoying to process as well. You can place all the toppings in the order you like, just have fun with it.
We had a blast and most of all Sophia was just in heaven. She just enjoys cooking. Place all your pizza's on the pizza or cookie sheet. Put the Petite Pizzas on a cookie sheet then place in the oven for approximately 10 minutes (more or less).
When the cheese is nice, bubbly and golden; take it out of the oven. Let it cool off a little and then you are ready to enjoy your very own Petite Pizza. Mamma Mia! Now, head to the kitchen and try your own pizza!
Sincerely,
